this year.. we took pics with every houshold we visited..

baking day for rena chan n me!
how to bake a fruit flan.
follow the pics.
1)place flour in balance.
2) measure the right amt of flour needed.
3) add in butter n sugar!
4)mix well.. u should get a dough
5)lay dough on table. flatten. n cut out the shape of a circle
6)place it in a baking tray. bake it till itz edible.
7)when it cools. spread melted choc on it. preferably dark choc!=)
8)bake a sponge cake n put it on the melted choc.
9) spread more choc n decorate with fruits

**for a nicer fruit flan.. spread agar agar on the fruit to make it look shiny n more appealing!.. n .. we improvised.. cos it was supposed to be custard cream n not choc.. .. but still.. TADA!! a fruit flan!... success! haha!





















how to bake nice soft cookies.. or muffins..
1)make sure u have a mixing bowl..
2) a mixer would help in creaming e butter n flour tog.. plus vanilla essence..
3)add in choc chips.. or raisins.. loads of them! .. heaps of them!! haha..
4) preheat the oven..
5) place cookies on baking tray with baking paper.. n bake.. till itz golden brown..
6)leave them to cool on a plate
7)pile them into a corner n continue baking the rest..
8)most importantly.. wash up after u make ur cookies.. not everything wil be v oily!! hahaha..
9) lastly.. when the cookies n fruitflan is done.. u take a pic.. to show that.. WE R SUCCESSFUL BAKERS! hahaha!!

went to be an assistant coach with van at east coast pri sch..for a prefect leadership day camp..
though it only lasted for 2 daez.. 3 hours per day.. but somehow.. it was fun n tiring!!

tho some of them r realli noisy n some v quiet..
but i guess..
each of them r leaders in diff ways..
i'll miss them!! ..
esp danny!! n yihui.. n the nice n quiet lil malay girl..

at the end of the 2 sessions.. me n van bot them apples.. n cut it for them.. to show them that.. tho every apple may look similar .. n normal..
but if u cut it the correct way..
there is a STAR in each apple!
just like there's a leader in each of them!!!
